As of January 2, 2015 we have implemented Electronic Health Records.
New Patients: We request that you check-in for your appointment 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. This will enable our staff to in-put your patient information, secure your insurance benefits and allow our doctor to have sufficient information in our EHR to efficiently coordinate your care and service.
Running late? Not a problem. However, for the courtesy of our staff and other scheduled patients, we ask that you:
1: Call our office to make sure we can still accommodate you with a late arrival time.
2: Consider re-scheduling a time when you and our staff will not be in a hurry and able to give you the time you need and deserve for your eye examination.
